Electrophysiological assays (patch clamp and MEAs) using Drosophila models of various human neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. These platforms are not only being developed for drug discovery and drug development, but also to complement in-house hiPSC-derived neuronal toxicological screens.
